Pharmacies please note: this request must come from a corporate officer and not the Pharmacist-in-Charge. Access can be granted to the PIC from within the account to complete the renewal.
- Licensees who have not yet created their online account: you must first register by using the "Registration Code" option and entering the code that was mailed to the address you specified, or, if you did not complete the form before codes were mailed, to an address associated with one of your licenses

Licensure and Processing Fees
Legislation enacted during the 2023 Regular Session contained many provisions that will impact the Board’s licensees and registrants. The increase affects all licensees of the Board of Pharmacy. In addition, the application and renewal registration fees for most drug manufacturers, medical gas manufacturers, drug wholesalers, and medical gas wholesalers will increase to at least $5,500 effective July 1, 2023.

- All drug and medical gas wholesalers: $5,500
- Drug manufacturers (except for opioid manufacturers) and medical gas manufacturers: $5,500
- Medical gas dispensers: $400
- Opioid drug manufacturers: $55,500
- Pharmacies: $450
- Pharmacists (new and renewals): $225
- Interns: $75
- Technicians: $60
- Opioid manufacturers with sales within Minnesota of over 2,000,000 units per year will continue to pay an annual opiate product registration fee of $250,000.
Beginning June 1, 2023, processing fees incurred by online payments will be the responsibility of the applicant:
- Credit card service fee 2.15%
- Debit card service fee 1.25%
- E-Check service fee $1.00 per transaction
